Follow below steps for SBI credit card status tracking:

Step 1: Visit www.sbicard.com and find the Track Your Application’ option in the home page.

Step 2: Enter the Application Number

Step 3: Click on the ‘Track’ button.

Now you can find the status of your application in the next screen, if you have entered the correct application/reference number.

 

If you don’t received the SBI credit card Application Reference Number, don’t worry. You can retrieve the reference number online and track the status.

Follow below Steps:

Step 1: Visit www.sbicard.com and find the Track Your Application’ option in the home page.

Step 2: Select ‘Retrieve Application’ option

Step 3: Enter your First Name and the Mobile Number

Step 4: Click on the ‘Retrieve’ button.

 

If you have entered the correct details, you will get the application reference number in the next screen.

If your credit card application request is approved, SBI will send the Card through courier. The new Credit card will be inactive, due to security reasons.

So in order to start using it, you have to activate it.

Find below the ways to Activate SBI Credit Card:

• Through SBI Net Banking
• Through SBI Card Mobile Application
• Email option in the sbicard.com portal

 

You can activate the SBI credit card through Net Banking if you have already registered with SBIcard.com. If you have not yet registered, you have to register first for the SBI Credit Card activation.

Find below SBI Credit Card Activation Process:

Step 1: Visit www.sbicard.com. If you are a first time user, click on the ‘Register now‘ link.

 

Step 2: Click on the ‘Register Now’ link. You need following details to complete the registration process.

• Your SBI credit card Number
• CVV Number
• Your Date Of Birth

After entering the credit card details, click on the Proceed button.

Step 3: Now you can see a screen with your SBI card registered Email address and Mobile Number. A 6 digit OTP will be sent to your registered Mobile Number.

Enter the OTP and Click on the ‘Proceed’ button.

Step 4: In the next screen you will get option to create User Name and Password for your SBIcard account.

You can create a secure password. Once the Account is created, your credit card will be activated.

 

To set a PIN for your Credit card for the online Transaction Follow below Steps.

Step 1: Login the SBI Card account using the User Name and Password.

Step 2: Go to ‘My Accounts’ left menu and click on the ‘Manage PIN’ menu.

Step 3: In the next screen you will get option to select your Credit card, if you have multiple credit card linked with your account.

Click on the ‘Generate OTP’ button.

Step 4: Now you will get an option to enter the OTP received in your registered Mobile Number. Enter the new PIN for your credit card and confirm the same and click on the Submit button.

Your SBI credit card pin generated successfully.

You can activate the credit card through the SBI card Android Application.

Follow below Steps:

Step 1: Download the App from Google Play Store 

Step 2: Install the App and Complete the registration/signup by entering your card details, CVV and Date Of Birth.

Step 3: Enter the OTP received in your Mobile and then Create a User Name and Password.

Your SBI credit card will be activated.

Now you can generate the PIN by selecting ‘Manage Card PIN’ menu from the left side.

There you can select your Primary card and Generate OTP to create or Update the PIN.

To activate the credit card through email, you need an active account in the SBIcard.com.

After the login, use the contact form to contact the SBI Credit card customer care division. You have to give them your Credit card number.

They will process the request and activate it.
