- Visit your nearest Grama Panchayat office with land documents and building plan
- Apply online at eBPS portal — building permit system via your panchayat/municipality website
- Submit application with land tax receipt, site plan, building plan, ownership documents
- Building permit is processed within 30 days as per Kerala Panchayat Building Rules 2019
