ICICI Bank lunch timings are different from branch to branch. The Bank employees don’t go to lunch together, to provide convenience to the customers.

If ICICI bank open today, lunch timings are around 1:00 pm to 2:30 PM. Account-holders can still avail banking services during this time as well as the lunch timings fall between the business hours.

 ICICI bank NEFT/RTGS Timing

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has allowed National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) facility available for 24 hours a day and 365 days a year with effect from Dec 16, 2019.

ICICI bank customers can use the Net Banking account or iMobile app for the NEFT transactions which are available 24*7.

All working days (ie; except 2nd & 4th Saturday, Sunday & Holidays) you can transfer a maximum 10 lakh or 25 lakh (based on your account type) during 1.00 a.m to 7.00 p.m.

But from 7.00 p.m to 1.00 a.m, you can transfer only a maximum of 2 lakh at a time (Same applicable in 2nd & 4th Saturday, Sunday & Holidays).

ICICI RTGS Services are now available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The RTGS minimum transaction amount is 2 lakh and the maximum transaction amount is 10 lakh.

 ICICI bank IMPS limit

ICICI Bank’s IMPS transactions are also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You can transfer a maximum of Rs. 2 lakh in a single transaction if you use the Account Number and the IFSC code together (Using both iMobile App and Internet Banking Account).

But if you are using Mobile number + MMID to transfer the money, then you can transfer only a maximum of Rs.10,000/-

 Revised Branch Working hours for ICICI bank during COVID-19 Pandemic

In view of the recent outbreak of COVID-19, ICICI bank is providing only essential services through the branches with reduced branch timings and reduced staff.

The ICICI branches would be open for only essential services like withdrawals or cash deposits, transactions, remittances, and cheque clearance. As the Indian Banks Association states, that the Bank will not encourage other services like Passbook updates, new account openings, renewal of FD, selling/buying of forex, new card/cheque applicants would be not available temporarily.

The bank encourages its customers to access their account with the help of mobile banking. You can use iMobile, InstaBIZ, Pockets and Internet Banking etc Mobile apps available i both Google Play Store and Apple Store, are equipped with 300+ services.

The main objective of this shift is for online banking to encourage the usage of digital solutions so that people are safe and secure at home. It is even believed that with such a pattern of digital services at the customer’s hand, would make their work easy without visiting the ICICI bank branch.

ICICI Bank encourages its customers to take advantage of the convenient digital options available and avoid visiting the bank’s branches during the COVID-19 holiday period (until the situation returns to normalcy).

Cash Withdrawal Use Any ATMS
Cash Deposit Deposit through Cash Acceptor Machines at select branches. Try to avoid going to the branches as much as possible. Additionally, mobile applications allow you to transfer money from one account to another.
Cheque Clearing Try to avoid Cheque and use ICICI Bank Internet Banking or UPI Apps like Google Pay, PayTM, PhonePay etc or ICICI Mobile Apps to transfer money to another accounts. Otherwise use Cheque Drop box available in the branch
Remittances: Funds Transfer, RTGS & NEFT You can use ICICI Mobile Apps (iMobile/InstaBIZ) & Internet Banking (www.icicibank.com) for these services.

ICICI Bank also notifies its customers that due to the spread of pandemic and lockdowns, the services like cheque clearance, dispatch of deliverables like Passwords, Cheque Books, Returned Cheques, Physical Statement, Cards etc and processing of requests and other banking services can be delayed.
