If you already have an active PSB Online Banking account, then follow the below steps:
Step 1: Log in to your PSB Online banking account using your User Name and Password.
Step 2: Go to the ‘Requests‘ menu
Step 3: Select ‘SMS Banking Registration‘ and Submit the request.
Step 4: To generate the SMS Banking Password, go to the Preference Menu, after activating the SMS Banking.
There you can create a new Password for SMS Banking.
To know the balance through SMS follow the below steps.
Step 1: Open your Mobile’s SMS app and Type
‘PBAL Account Number SMS Banking Password’
Eg: PBAL 12345678987654 3216
Replace 12345678987654 with your Punjab and Sind bank Account number
Replace 3216 with your Punjab and Sind bank SMS banking Password.
Step 2: Send this SMS to 9773056161 or 8082656161
You will get an SMS with your account balance immediately.

Balance check through PSB Online Banking
You can also check the account balance and get the details of your transactions by visiting the PSB Online Banking portal.
Just log in with your User Name and Password.
After the successful login, you can find your account balance in the Dashboard by visiting the Account Summary section.
Check PSB Account Balance through PSB MPay Mobile App
Through the mobile app, you can check the payment status, balance, account statement etc. You can also use it for the fund transfer and bill payment.
If your mobile number is registered with the bank, you can use it by installing the PSB MPay app on your mobile.
- Download the app on Android or iPhone
- Install the app on the phone with the mobile number, registered with the bank
- Log in with your bank account login credentials.
- You can see all the PSB bank accounts registered with your Mobile number on the PSB MPay app
- After confirming the account details, you can create a banking PIN using your debit card number. This PIN is essential for all transactions you make through the app.
You can download the PSB MPay App from Google Play Store and use this app for balance checking, Account Mini-Statement, Cheque status etc

Balance check through ATM
The ATM card is issued by the bank to all Punjab and Sind bank account holders. You can use any nearby ATM to check the account balance at any time.
- Insert the ATM card into the ATM
- Then enter your bank PIN number at the ATM
- Then select the Banking option and select the Balance option
- You can see your balance on the ATM screen
